From the baseball field to the barbershop to the front lines of community service, Quincy Phillips has always been driven by a passion for leadership and impact. Today, he works as a school resource officer in Brandon, MS, where he is also a member of the SWAT team, protecting and mentoring the next generation. As the author of “Custody. Calling. Commitment.: Fatherhood Through” Faith., Quincy seeks to inspire fathers to take an active, proactive role in their children’s lives. He believes that strong men create strong families, and strong families build thriving communities. His mission is to empower others to live with purpose, integrity, and excellence.
